Install to rhino/Grasshopper doesnt succeed

Hi again @jonathon

So I tried and install the manager (which seems to be legacy) and installed both Rhino and Grasshopper connectors. When i launch Rhino, i have nothing in the Speckle popup (when i try and move it it explicitely specifies 'Speckle' container is empty

I then tried to remove Grasshopper connector, and tried to manually install plugin as specified here, but this doesn’t change a thing.

Plus when i try to open an old definition, it says that:

and it blocks the opening of the definition.

When i create an empty GH file and try to create a new Accounts component, here’s what it shows:

Finally, when i click Close it does create the component but with no possible account

even if i seem to be properly logged in the manager:

I tried to uninstall, reinstall everything but it seems there’s an issue with the link between the manager and my session, and Rhino connector.

What can i do to unblock the situation?

Thanks in advance

It would appear that a conflicting plugin also uses a different version of the SQLite dependency.

This was asked and resolved just last week: Grasshopper Load Error

See if you can tell which - its not something we can diagnose for you.

Is there a reason not to use the Next Gen connectors? Its where we’ll be concentrating all development from now on.

Hi again,

Easy, it was Tunny as well. Does that mean there’s no way to have them both work at the same time?

As for the Next Gen connectors, it’s because it didn’t work but now that the problem is solved i’ll try again with them.

Thanks

We have contacted the developer of Tunny who is using a very old version of SQLite
