I’m having some problems on PowerBI trying to get data from the Speckle server.
I don’t know if it’s related to the new free and paid plans, or maybe i’m just missing something, but i’t worked before and now it doesnt.
I went to PowerBI, get data, search speckle, paste the url of the model that i uploaded in the account that uses the same e-mail as PowerBI, but this sign pops up
I would apreciate the help, i have all the connectors updated

But it’s not a one link/project problem
Any project that i try to get data on PowerBI gives me that sign of error.
I don’t know if that happens because i have the free plan, but before the plans were introduced, i could get data from all the project on PowerBI without a problem, now if i open previous Dashboards with the data already loaded, and i try to reload, it gives me the same warning that i posted…
Maybe it’s something about acces?
It shouldn’t have anyting to do with plans, if you can see it online you should be able to receive it an any connector.
Maybe something changed in your PC or network regading firewall?

I cleared the permissions and now i can get data from the link
But i have one more problem, maybe you know the solution.
When i get the data from the speckle link, some of the data that the speckle/powerbi viewer need does not appear.
I’m attaching a picture of the data i get, and the data the viewer needs.
What am i doing wrong?

@NicolasRivero You have a New Data Connector but a reasonably old and out-of-date Visual.
Whereever the visual is installed from you’ll want to delete that file and just use the latest one we have.
If you are using the latest installers, this will install both data connector and 3d-visual

I am having the same problem.
I de-installed the plugin and installed the latest version with the package manager.
The latest installed visual however has an older date than the one shown above.

Do I have to regenerate the model with the new connectors?

In the speckle site it works

Sorry your reply was missed @Planejamento_Inusa - it happens sometimes when you original problem is posted as a reply to someone else’s already marked as solved so we arent’ notified.
Please be aware that both the IFC parser and the PowerBI connector are considered v3 Next Gen connectors. It is important to align the versions you are using.
The IFC uploader is automatically updated as it lives at https://app.speckle.systems and all installers can now be found at Log in | Speckle
Manager is a legacy application for installing old versions of Speckle connectors.
Check out everything new and see if this helps.
