I have a problem receiving from revit to revit. part of the stories/elements are shifted

What Connector Version are you using?

version 2.19.
I think it relates to the revit template

If there are existing levels in the target file, then receiving data assigned to those levels can cause this to happen, particularly if the Levels are not part of the data being received.

Thanks Jonathan. How can this be avoided if the other side is receiving the data in a new file, with the default levels. When the same file is received on a template from the same file it goes very well.

In other circumstances, projects coordinate Levels and such at the outset between parties and communicate them in a project protocol, but we should have an answer for you.
