Hi, I’m attempting to use Speckel in Rhino, but I’ve encountered this error. Do you have any idea what might be causing it or how to resolve it?

We see this where some of the connections Speckle is expecting are blocked. Are you running on a corporate network or over a VPN?
Can you access speckle.xyz (or whichever speckle server you were trying to connect to) ?
Do you have accounts listed in Speckle Manager?

I’m using a private home network. Yes, I have access to speckle.xyz, and for the last question, yes I have accounts listed in Speckle Manager.
I don’t have access to https://api.mcneel.com/; could it be related to that?
That should not be an issue.
That’s the usual suspects out of the way. We’ll check on the logs to see if we see anything.
In the meantime, if you remove your account in the manager and then re-add it.
