Was this model published from Revit? If so, you can try adjusting the Detail Level setting to Fine:

Please help us to help you a little here. Where did this data publish from? You’ve posted in the developers channel. Is this your self-hosted server or data on app.speckle.systems? Could you please share the model URL with us? Alternatively, I can invite you to a project where you can upload a single door.
