Speckle Manager for Mac crash on account add - solved in manager 2.2.6+

The successful approval callback on approving an account add is crashing the manager and no account is added.

I have freshly reinstalled the Manager (same version). I have not nuked the SQLite data.

Manager 2.2.1
Changing browser from Brave to Chrome to Safari doesn’t fix it.

I have just used v2.2.6 and can confirm fixed on Mac and Windows.
