Found it — this dashboard has more 3D viewer/map widgets than the browser allows open at once. Model Viewer, Dual viewer, Map, Design Explorer, and Context widgets each hold one or more browser rendering contexts, even empty ones with no data source. Browsers cap that around 16 per page; once a dashboard is over it, the extra widgets fail to render instead of loading - that’s the sad face. It’s a browser-level limit, not a data or compatibility-mode problem, and separate from the 2026.9 migration I pointed you at earlier.
We’ve just shipped a fix: adding a widget is now blocked once a dashboard hits the limit, with a clear message in the widget panel. That stops it happening going forward, but a dashboard already over the limit - like this one - still needs you to remove some widgets yourself; we deliberately don’t drop anything automatically when a dashboard loads.
Also worth knowing: Dashboards on 2026.9 use a new viewer that doesn’t hit this ceiling, so this particular limit goes away once you’re on it. This will land soon.
