For the intended workflow this is a good question. Mainly, the idea is, i have a rhino.compute server running. We have users that access a webapp and generate models with their inputs, by sending Grasshopper solutions to our compute server. For now, users can export data (IFC? DWG) but this is not enough: we’d like them to be able to load their configured models in Revit directly (and other softwares).
We have a few issues to tackle before we get there:
- Have a user being able to be authenticated in a Speckle environment and pass this as a parameter to our Grasshopper model (close to what was discussed here i think)
- Be able to get the good stream (i have an ongoing issue here)
- Deal with loading times in Revit
