I have recently updated to SketchUp Connector V3.3.1 (downloaded from the workspace). When using multiple accounts, I tried to add another account, but the panel prompts me to “download desktop service”. Is this desktop service the former Manager? From the documentation, I noticed that Manager has been deprecated for the V3 Connector.：Page Not Found, when I navigate to the download link, the page indicates it is an internal-use interface and not recommended for use. How should I manage multiple accounts with the V3 Connector?

After updating the plugin using the download link you provided, I can directly add or remove accounts in the plugin, and the changes are synchronized to both the SU and Rhino plugins that I use simultaneously. I noticed that a desktop service program is running in the background.
If I want to update the versions of these two plugins on my current computer, will the one-click installation previously provided by Manager still work? Or do I have to open the plugins in each software separately and download the EXE files individually?
Yes, the distribution is per connector download and install, not one-click installs as per Manager.
Desktop Services is autoupdating, though.
