Would be great to get a preview of pdf attachments in the same way as for images (not needing to download):
Alos getting somekind of a thumbnail of attachments in the comment thread would be awesome

Defintively something we’ll put down in our list. It is, unfortunately, not as easy as it sounds (we’d need to generate these previews ourselves, store them, and make sure only people with access can get to them).
I’ll add it to the docket
