Possible to change the color theming of Speckle Viewer?

Hi All,

Is it possible to change the speckle viewer’s overall color scheme? I’m trying to embed it as an iframe but I would like to have it in a light background and theme to better fit with the rest of the webpage as well as to view colored mesh models clearer.

Not sure where to begin looking at this

Currently, the only way to change this is to switch from the Dark Mode theme to the Light Mode is to visit the same URL in the browser.

We don’t yet have an override in the same way as the other settings.

Ah right, would there be a hacky way of doing it by accessing say the DOM events in a browser? And controlling the status via Javascript or something?
Is this the case with the light settings as well?

It would be good to be able to setup preset viewer and lighting configurations for embedding or just keeping with the theming.

Would this be something that can even be possible? Or am I barking up the wrong tree

Scripting across the iFrame scripting boundary has limitations. The viewer doesn’t publish its “API” in a way that supports this.

Not right now, but I logged the feature idea internally as I wrote my reply
