Recently I am working with a firm that uses Allplan as their authoring software for everything from design concept all the way to construction drawings.
As a Revit user for more than 10 years, and after having used Allplan extensively as well, I can say that the interoperability between the 2 is quite awful, having to lean on ifc export/import procedures with really poor mapping of attributes.
Having a solid connector between the 2 software would be amazing, and extremely helpful for this small firm, where all the individuals have been using Allplan since it was born, and all the way through it’s 20+ years of updates!
