Hello Speckle Support Team,
I am experiencing an issue with the 3D Speckle view in Power BI. Although I successfully activated the Speckle connector and mapped the required fields (e.g., Model URL, Version Object ID, Object ID), the 3D model does not render and instead displays as a blank area.
Steps Taken:
- The Speckle model displays correctly in the Speckle web viewer.
- All necessary fields (Model URL, Version Object ID, and Object ID) are correctly pulled into Power BI, as shown in the attached screenshots.
- I have ensured that no conflicting filters or field mapping errors exist.
- I’ve refreshed the dataset and rechecked the model in the Speckle web viewer to confirm its integrity.
- I’ve cleared Power BI’s cache and reconnected the model, but the issue persists.
- A simpler Speckle model loads correctly in Power BI, so the issue appears to be specific to this stream.
