Hello everyone, I started a new dashboard and the model doesnt show up in the viewer. After refreshing the browser it says
In the validation viewer it works superfast as expected
I’ve noticed that the dashboard model viewer is still using the previous underlying datamodel and does work with ‘legacy’ models, however it does not seem to be compatible with models uploaded with the 2026.9 connector.
The 2026.9 data model dashboard support is now live wasnt anything wrong with your setup. It’s fixed now: dashboards should render models in the new data model directly. Can you give it another go and confirm it’s working on your end?
