Ifc model geometry not rendered correctly when uploading a file

Good morning
I was just wondering what is the best way to use IFC models in Speckle
I tried to upload a structural file (no connectors, just a simple upload) but what came out was a strange mess with the geometry of the beams showing up wrong and in a weird way (see image).

I tried the Blender connector and the geometry finally got right but many ifc parameters are missing.

am I doing anything wrong?

Hi Roberto,

The current IFC uploader is extremely limited, we’re working on a new one that will be much more performant and accurate!

In slightly better news, and further to what @teocomi says. The alpha version of that new parser does yield improved results:
