/Users/UserName/.net/Speckle.Manager/
Which contains 44 cryptical named Folders,
which contents most look same (2 types), like Manager Installations or such things.
Do I really need these ?
Can I delete them ?
I have another hidden Speckle Folder
/Users/UserName/.config/Speckle
with also 600+ MB but which looks much more useful than the one in .net

Yup, delete it; next time you launch, Manager will make a replacement - it’s part of the auto-update process.
As you’ll see from the child files and directories, this covers:
- Your accounts
- Conversion Kits
- Logs
- Cache files that Speckle refers to to make Sends/Receives potentially smaller
Logs could be emptied, but don’t remove the rest - very useful/critical.

Manager itself has a helper to keep the cache lean
