Having difficulty receiving a large model into SketchUp

Hi there, I’m having difficulty receiving a large model into SketchUp. I am using Manager 2.17.2. The model downloads and then gets stuck about halfway through the construction process. Can you help me with this?

Wow, about 30 seconds after I posted this… the model came through to SketchUp! Thank you anyway - your product is amazing!!

That’s great the situation resolved with patience. We are always happy to hear things are working, but also like to improve whatever we can.

If you are willing, we can take a look at what you were sending, and the resultant stream (you can send things via Direct Message if you prefer) We use resources like these just for benchmarking and improving our connectors for the future.
