Electrical Fixtures missing from Revit 2021

Sir, I have the same problem. In my model of the Revit electrics specialty I have these elements but when I export it to speckle web certain elements are not moved and in the report of the speckle plugin I get: Origin is available only for connector of PhysicalConn type.

@Joff_20 are the Revit families made using .dwg or .dfx? not saying that’s the issue just curious.

I have a suspicion of what this might be - can you share a file with just a few of those items - if I’m right, we may have a fix - I’ve shared a secure drive link with your email.

I have just shared on the drive a small electrical model with the families in question.

Thank you very much for your support.

Those families were created from scratch as .RFA

Good news—I tested your model in 2023 and was able to repeat the error. I have isolated the issue, and there is a solution. I will pass it on to engineering, and it will make its way to the connector in due course.

Really grateful for the support !

@jonathon a consultation, I have not been able to make so many tests, but I wanted to consult, that omission in the 3D visualization of the elements also includes the omission of information (metadata)?

Or is that the information of the elements is exported and the only thing that is not seen is the 3D element?

When a conversion fails, the object geometry and metadata is not sent to Speckle.

Oh I see, and out of curiosity that update that corrects the error will come soon?

I am asking because I wanted to test some tests in Power BI with MEP models.

Apologies for not reporting back sooner. I have checked and that should already be available within 2.20.2 release as of last week.

Thank you very much @jonathon, I just tested and indeed all the elements of the MEP-Electrical specialty are seen in the export.

An additional question now that I was testing with the MEP-Plumbing specialty, I get these alerts (image 1)

and in the exported model inside Speckle, pipes or devices are not visible (image 2).
