Dual account, same email / Name but different user ID

Hi I have an issue with my user profile.
I am logged into the desktop manager with my account, and using it with Both Revit and Power BI. For some reason when I tried to log into the Automation dev. page, it didn’t recognize my credentials and prompted me create an account. So I did. Now i have to accounts with same Name, email, but different user ID’
Now I can’t access automation beta with the projects i have from Revit, but on the account with only Speckle test projects have Automation available…

What to do? :slight_smile:

The current paused state of automate is only hosted on latest.speckle.systems, our development server.

Your original separate account is likely on the production server app.speckle.systems. The two databases are not connected.

The good news is we’re close to launching the public beta which will be hosted on the main server and this confusion should go away.

In the meantime Automate is accessed from a tab for projects uploaded to the development server if you just want to test things out.

The automate.speckle.dev link has been deprecated since spring time if you recall where you got that link from I’ll make sure it’s corrected.
