Direct file upload failure for SKP and DWG

I tried directly uploading DWG and SKP files, but the error in the attached image appeared. I was able to directly upload IFC files without any issues.

any solution?

Is this to Speckle cloud or self-hosted?

We are aware of an issue with some of our importers failing with thee E_FAIL error you’re seeing. We’re currently investigating and should have a fix out shortly.
