Conditional Formatting in Power BI

Amazing work
I’m trying now to colorize the 3D View Visual based on the planned date & actual date as there are 4 scenarios,

  1. (no data entered): both the planned date & actual date have no values and the corresponding piles to be yellow color.

  2. (done): actual date has a value equal to or less than another conditional parameter we can call it (Data date)
    regardless of the planned date value.

  3. (delayed): The planned date has a value less or equal to the data date, and the actual date has no value.

  4. (ahead): The planned date has a value greater than the data date, and the actual date has no value.

I can not create a conditional format based on dates in color by option.
is there any workaround?
