Hi @Zhou_Li, let’s try and improve your first Speckle experience.

Can you specify the version of the Manager you are using?
What version of the Revit Connector have you tried to install?
Are you installing for All Users or just yourself?
Are you within a corporate firewall or VPN?

please be informed my settings:

Version of the Manager: 2.9.8
Revit 22.1 & 23
install for all users
firewall _ off; no VPN

Did you install Revit connector via Manager? Manager is like our App store for Speckle where we publish our connectors.

Hello @Zhou_Li

Thanks for reporting this issue. The first thing I would try is to uninstall and reinstall the Revit connector.

If that doesn’t work then could you check the Speckle plugin location? You can type the following in the address bar of the windows file explorer
%appdata%\Autodesk\Revit\Addins\2023

There should be a file named SpeckleRevit2.addin as well as a folder with the same name (minus the file extension of course)
