About Speckle Viewer

I have question about the speckle viewer, i see it’s open source, can i integrate it on my own web application as 3D viewer, also speckle viewer can read the file from my application or it must only from Speckle server.

The Speckle viewer is built to display speckle data. There is some facility for sideloading other geometries, but that is its sweet spot.

As such connection to any Speckle server is expected, but this can be one of ours or one you host yourself.

So the speckle viewer can only get the data from speckle server and can not be from other application.

Not directly, no. But we have connectors for many software that make publishing that data and keeping it fresh very easy.

And to add to that, @alex demoed some nice add-ons by which you can write your own loaders for the viewer. If you look inside the repo, there’s an obj loader:
