Can you do the following for us to better understand the issue:

  • Can you check if the model is published from the web app? This could be a UI issue on the connector side. It may not accurately report the progress even though your model is published.

  • Can you share the SketchUp logs with us? Here’s how to do it:

    • Open Ruby Console: Go to Extensions > Developer > Ruby Console.
    • Open the Speckle connector and publish your model as you usually do.
    • After it gets stuck for a while, copy and paste the logs from console into a text file.
    • Share the text file with us here.
