Presuming this error is for the Speckle data connector, we have seen this reported before and answered a couple of times. It appears to stem from PowerBI’s handling of stored credentials.
Try following the answer given here: PowerBI Connection doesn't work - #4 by gokermu - this relates to the stored credentials being hardlinked to a specific model URL when you would ideally have set access at the server level for your account.
