Sketchup to Unreal meshes split up in seperate tris/triangles

Hi!
When I “Receive” a mesh in Unreal the mesh gets seperated by tris/triangles. I don’t have a lot of experience in Sketchup, but we recieve a lot of Sketchup files from clients that we need to convert to Unreal. It seems the mesh is welded, I thought that would be the best explanation myself. But when I import to same mesh into 3D Studio Max (which I have a lt of experience with) the mesh is actually import as a single mesh.
I hope my screenshot make the issue clear enough.
Am I missing something in the settings? I hope there’s a solution.

Hi @Wesley,

By any chance your sketchup model not in a group or component? Because we have a behavior that if the faces outside of group or component we sent them separately. If this is not the case we can further investigate.
