Sending data back from Excel failing "Operation Failed"

Created a stream for Room Schedule with empty parameters to fill via Excel.
After filling everything out and trying to send the range getting this message.

Parameters created in Revit are:
Discipline: Common
Data Type: Text
Group parameter under: Identity Data
Instance Parameter

No logs are being created.

Yes I was following that exact tutorial.
Is it because the parameter I’m trying to push is a user created parameter?
