I try to select an element that is inside the building, so I added a section box, but in that mode elements are not ‘clickable’. When I try to select the visible element, the section box is getting selected instead.

Yeah, this is something that bothers me too. Currently you have to get under the section plane in order to select elements. If you try to select from above, it will select the section plane, not the elements. I guess we’ll fix this in the future.
