The screenshot taken for commit preview, e.g.

https://speckle.xyz/preview/<YOUR-STREAM-ID>/commits/<YOUR-COMMIT-ID>

is not always representative of the changes done in the model. I have 10 commits and all have the same preview, as the commits regard the interior of the building. It is always taken on far away from the model but not on the changes done in commit. There should be an icon to manually capture a screenshot rather than have one automatically generated from Three.js. , e.g. “Capture Preview” button.

Good suggestion Dimitrios!
Currently the preview service just takes snapshots of the model, in the future as we add the concept of issues we couold definitely let the user specify a “featured image” of some sort.
Not something we can tackle right away but we’ll definitely keep it in mind!
