I have tried to install Parallels® Desktop for Mac and installed Rhino8 in there. But it is as if the Speckle Connector is showing up totally black. Is this a known issue?

It doesn’t smell like a Parallels issue to me, but @gokermu can confirm because he has Parallels too.
Anyways, do you have aan ccount that is related to self-deployed server on your end? We saw a couple of similar issues when this is the case.

I have Parallels. I will check and see if i can reproduce.

@Johannes @oguzhan i am able to reproduce. To make it work in Parallels, I had to set the dotnet runtime to .NETFramework. It wouldn’t load it in .NETCore. Would it be related to this?

Ok, false alarm. @Johannes i just updated Rhino and restarted it. now it seems to work. Maybe try doing the same?
This is my Rhino version: Version 8 SR18
(8.18.25100.11001, 2025-04-10)

I have the same version as you, it looks like. Maybe I should try the .net runtime … Is that in Parallels I need to do that?
- I ran the command: SetDotNetRuntime
- Clicked the options until NETFramework appeared as an option.
- Restarted Rhino
The black screen is gone, and I see the Speckle login screen.
