This is interesting. Are you connecting from a work network? If so can you try switching to another network and see if that fixes it.
Another possibility is you may have some firewall rules in place. Please check with your IT department if you are connecting from a work network.
If none of the above helps, can you please share your logs? It is in %AppData%\Speckle\Logs
and under a folder named with the Revit version you are trying to connect from.
