A customer of ours has Revit 2027 that they tried to upload via the direct upload. This returned:
“Error revit extractor exited 4 for ”
What is the supported Revit version for the direct upload? I suspect it is still Revit 26 so the file would be expected to fail.
Are there plans to switch to Revit 27?
If that is not the case and the Revit27 files should successfully load via the direct upload i can send you the file/speckle model for debugging.
It is not an urgent issue since we suggested going via the speckle connector which should support Revit 2027 or via an IFC export.
But a clarification or timeline would be great on that so we can sharpen our communications there.
