Returns an error when trying to send to the cloud. Blender 3d

Hello dear developers! Thank you for such a great program! Today I got a mistake like this. Please tell me how this can be fixed. I’m trying to send from different computers. Win10, Win 11. The same mistake.

Today, at another workplace, I also can’t send to the cloud. Could it be an addon conflict? I had previously installed a new addon on different devices.

  • I remembered that after installing the addon, I managed to send it, but the next day I didn’t. So this is not an addon conflict.

My first guess is, that you do not have write access to this project. Did you create this project yourself? If no, please retry sending to a project you create in the webapp.

Yes, all the projects were created by me personally. Everything worked every day, it stopped yesterday, on different devices. I can’t send it to the cloud.

I have logged in to my account everywhere. Manager, Browser, and Blender recognize accounts in the Speckle menu. I select an object, click send, and a lump appears.

Hi @hanter282 - could you please share with me the IP address for a machine where it failed? Find your IP address in Windows - Microsoft Support
I’ll use this to try to find the relevant reason for the failure on our server.

Could you please retry sending?

We made a change to our system yesterday which resulted in an increase in the number of 403 response codes. We have now resolved this and it should be working again.
