Receiving model on SketchUp on Mac

Hi there!

Struggling to receive a model on SketchUp Mac.

It’s a model that originated in Revit, and it shows up fine on the online viewer, but when receiving the window goes blank (white).

I’ve had success with other models, but this one (arguably a bit file) is problematic!

Any help would be greatly appreciated!
