it is good to have non-destructive workflow if rhino geometry is received as blender mesh with solidify modifier applied that will be useful to adjust the wall height, floor thickness and other things later on, the same can be done to import blender mesh with solidify modifier to rhino extrusion object. but be sure only the solidify modifier should be there on mesh.
