Hello I have same issues too where the speckle manager cannot be downloaded into my qgis, please reach out to me if you can overcome this issue as soon as possible.

Did you download QGIS connector from this site or via QGIS’s Plugin Manager?
I have downloaded from Qgis plugin manager and install connector from speckle apps as well, tried on 3.38 and 3.34.8 also not able to use. I guess 3.34.3 compatible for the speckle, is it true?
I have 3.34.11 installed and i am able to use it. As a general rule of thumb, we try to support LTR versions of QGIS. @Kateryna are versions mentioned above supported?
Hi @aimi_khairina ! The latest version of Speckle plugin only works with 3.34.6 onwards. And as @gokermu mentioned, I would recommend to always use the latest LTR for QGIS, available here.
P.S. once you have the newer version of QGIS: the black screen you showed just takes a moment while the Python libraries are being installed.
