Project cannot be found (seen) in online viewer

Hi,

I have a problem showing my project and models in the online viewer.

Below the steps

• I have published some models from Navisworks to the speckle project ‘Test project’
• After the publish, I followed the link to the browser. I can see the model in the project, but not edit or delete them. I can see my initials.
  
  
• When I navigate to the projects tab (left corner), the project ‘Test project’ in not in the list.
  
  

Futhermore

• The projects in de list (last bullet) are not visible in within the Navisworks connector.

It seems like there are 2 project-enviroments linked to my account.

Any suggestions how this can be adjusted, so I can see and edit the models in ‘Test project’?

Can you make sure to go Manage > Settings > Collaborators and check that you are the project owner?

Maybe share a screenshot how the settings look there.

The manage button is not visible in this project:

When I go to ‘projects’, the currenct project is not visible in the list

It seems that you created this Project with another email/account.

You need to log-in with the account that you originally created the project and then change the permission to “Owner” for the account that you are using right now.
