Problems in rhino 7, it doesen't recognize my account of speckle

Hello, The problem is that I have installed the rhino in a new PC and now I’m trying to connect the rhino with speckle like in the other PC.
But when I try to import or export any type of file it shows me the next sentence.

I have trayed to use the ID of the project but still with the same message.
If someone could help me I would be grateful.

Please have a look at the following:

  • Do you have Speckle Manager installed and an account added to it?
  • Are you using the same account for both PCs? (If not is the project shared for both accounts?)
  • Can you check if you have any firewall active and try to disable it? Or make sure your company’s IT is not blocking the connection.

I have trayed all the options that you give me. The version of rhino is the 7.28.
But the same message appears. I’m desperate.

Can you please send us via DM the logs in: %appdata%/Speckle/Logs ?
