Not able to remove account

Hi

Long back, I installed the Revit plugin of Snaptrude, and it added two new user accounts to the speckle manager. I am trying to remove it multiple times.

Please help me to remove this account, i.e., speckle@user.com

I also reinstall the speckle manager.

I have another concern; I opt for the beta version of Manager, but even speckle manager’s low performance is showing

Hi @Kumarravi007 all you need to do is delete %appdata%\Speckle\Accounts.db

Thanks for the response; I removed the above-suggested file. But it was showing; After removing the account folder in JSON format containing the snaptrude user details, it got removed permanently.
