New with Speckle | Revit Connector | Errorcode

Hi there, I´m new here. Testing the Revit Connector for the first time. Doensn´t work for me, yet. I get this message and nothing else happens: “Invalid geometry fidelity value:”

I opened a fresh Revit file and just set up a single wall. Doesn´t work.

How can I fix ist?

Hmmm, not ideal - thanks for posting this! To narrow this down, could you please let me know the following:

  • What RVT Version are you sending from?
  • Anything different when sending? What view do you have open when sending? Is it a 3D view or a plan view?
  • When did you install the next-gen connector? Possibly beneficial to try with the latest installer (3.1.2 if my memory serves me correct)

I was able to send a simple wall from various views in both RVT 24 and 25, so “unfortunately” not able to recreate the issue. :eyes:

It could also be beneficial for us if you could share the log txt file with us. This can be found here: %APPDATA%/Roaming/Speckle/Logs/Revit 2025 . They are date stamped which could help you find the correct one. I would typically also ask to share the problematic model with us, but if it’s only a simple wall that shouldn’t bring about any revelations.
