Mullions don't come in as a mesh object (Revit to Blender 4.0)

Hi Guys!

Saw a similar issue in a Revit to Rhino post but having trouble when importing a model that has curtain wall mullions into Blender. The mullions don’t import as meshes like all other objects. They ‘display’ correctly but you can’t do anything with them like add materials etc. Not sure if its a bug or if something just needs to be changed so they import as meshes rather than just displaying as them.

Thanks in advance for your help!

Hi @Bold_Theory_Design
Please see my response to another user with a similar question:

Hopefully it should clarify how we receive Revit Family Instances in Blender.

If you want to receive them as regular meshes, you should use the Receive Instances As: Linked Duplicates setting in the receive options.

Awesome will try that, thanks for your response!
