Model / Sub model grouping

Hey Speckle Team

I’ve just tried the new frontend, looking cool!

I have a point regrading the way the model/sub models are grouped.

In the classic version there was a clear hierarchy tree, where I could expand/collapse nested models.

In the beta version this organised seems to have been flattened. So it is harder to quick find specific sub model.

Is this something that can be brought back/made better?

Separate point but closely related.
I have found the method for creating nested model a bit clunky, having to write the Model name, then a /nest model name, is not very intuitive, especially where there is a need to add more nested models later on in the life of the projects.

Hi Chris, thanks for trying it out and for flagging this!

The flattened hierarchy has come up from a few others too, so it’s something we’ll be look in to, bringing back a clearer way to navigate nested models.

We’re also taking a more holistic look at project management in the frontend. Outside of the model grouping, is there anything else in that area on your mind?
