Model Groups with Speckle Rhino Grasshopper components

Is it possible to create / modify Revit “Model Groups” with the Speckle Revit Grasshopper components?

No, it’s not possible. But I’m really curious about what you’re trying to achieve! If you could share more context, that would help us consider it for our backlog.

Hey Mucahit, I am working on a modular project and was trying to use Model Groups to control each module, and use Rhino to create these modules.

With the same context, we have many steel connection details - can you create In-Place components with the Speckle Grasshopper components? My workaround is currently to us DirectShapes but you cannot dimension from them. Therefore, I export the brep’s wireframe as ModelCurves to provide something to snap to. I have also tried the FreeformElement component but that seems to break the Speckle link as a dialog box referring to Revit 2014 opens up on each receive.
