Issue with Comment Context and Model Loading in Speckle

Hi,

We have recently started using comments for coordination in our practice. We have found that some comments are not keeping track of the object are linked to, and the model it belongs is not loaded.

Additionally, when accessing a comment via an email notification, the correct model context is not always loaded, making it difficult to locate the referenced element.

I assume this is not the intended behavior, and we’d appreciate any insights or a fix for this.

Thanks for reporting this, it is not the intended behaviour.

To help us identify the issue could you forward the problematic email to andrew@speckle.systems? Is this only happening in the same project, or have you encountered it in other projects?

Once we’ve identified the issue we’ll get a fix out asap.
