Hi I’m having trouble of all the geometry too far away from the origin. I have all geometries created from QGIS with UTM system. Speckle won’t add offset on UTM even I put in the right latitude and longitude. Since rhino has no UTM projection system, only revit has, I have a hard time to align all the geometries on rhino and revit to the same location. right now what I do is that I have to make a custom coordinate system to show as in the right “project base” but it doesn’t seem like to be the right way.
Hi @tjxme !
It is pretty easy to add offsets to UTM before sending to Speckle:
If you still experience difficulties, please share the screenshot or/and a link to the model, we will figure it out
how come when i download it from rhino, it does not show as in the 0,0 location?
Were you able to set the offsets and view the correct coordinates in the web viewer (before receiving in rhino)? Could you share a link so we can reproduce?

does this link work?
the project is on CSRS UTM Zone10N
i set the offset from speckle.
The link works! It just seems the offsets are set in the wrong order (Lat is Y-axis, and Lon is X-axis). Just swap the numbers!
Ah weird. For WGS84 I always just paste the x,y in directly, never notice it was flipped on UTM.
Little surprise, in WGS84 the coordinates are already flipped to (Y, X)
gotcha, it works!!! so after flipping the X and Ys, all coordination works now !! lol
