It seems like the 09/26 Update, the “One Of” condition inside property checker on Speckle Dashboards is not working as intended.
As long as there’s only one value in the selection box, the check runs fine, but as soon as there’s more than one value (separated by comma, of course), the property checker will always return a 100% failure rate:
