We’ve lauched yestered an experimental in-app chat support fueature:
- it does not replace the forum! This is still the best place for any public facing conversation, generic feedback and log form communication
- it’s an expereiment to see if we can better support people when they are having difficulties
- it might get packaged in different ways inside our plans in the future
