It seems that Speckle doesn’t know Cyrillic characters :c

Hey @Maks_T ,

Sorry for the late reply. I just tested this and yes, it seems we are not storing the text from other alphabets correctly. And looks like this is an issue specific to the file import service. I was able to create a stream with a Cyrillic/Arabic alphabet. But I believe this doesn’t affect the conversion process. You can still view your IFC file in the viewer, right?

Yes, I can view file in viewer, the problem is only with the distorted file name

So when I am downloading this ifc file from the server it has distorted name
