How do I resolve Error 500 - log in? - RESOLVED

I receive the error above when attempting to log into my speckle account to access the project files my team member has shared with me. Has anyone had this error before? Is there anything others on my team can do to fix the error?


This error was resolved by having my company’s security/ IT department add my user name to the approved Okta list.

Did you try signing in before opening the project?
I can see in the top right corner of the first screenshot that you are not logged in. This might be why you don’t have access authorization.

Otherwise, make sure you are invited in the project before he share a project file.

Hi @Kelsey_Lange - I can take a look into this. Please can you please share the project ID (or stream ID) that you were attempting to access?
