Geolocation in Speckle

Hi everyone,

I’d like to ask about model geolocation. We plan to use Speckle for a preliminary review of IFC coordination with our Archicad model.
Is it possible to use the IFC position in Speckle to verify whether the model is geolocated according to our BEP?
Or do you have any tips on how to align or configure models properly?

I need to understand something before answering your question. Do you want to:

  • import/load ifc model into Archicad via Speckle
  • or overlay Archicad and IFC models in Speckle using our viewer?
